Sen. Scott Brown visited Lynn City Hall on November 14, 2011, and Lynn residents held a demonstration outside to demand that he support measures to create jobs and protect Social Security.

Members of Lynn United for Change, Mass Senior Action, Neighbor to Neighbor, North Shore Labor Council, and other community groups were represented.
